Refund policy
At Noupelle, each piece is handcrafted in limited quantities with close attention to detail. Since many of our products are handmade, upcycled, and individually finished, slight variations and natural inconsistencies are part of the character of the piece and should not be considered defects.
We strongly encourage clients to carefully read product descriptions before purchasing. If you would like additional photos, videos, or product clarification before dispatch, we are always happy to assist.

Refunds & Returns
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Returns are accepted only in the rare case that a product arrives visibly damaged or broken during transit.
To raise a return request:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging
- The item must remain unused and in its original packaging
Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.
Please note:
- Returns or cancellations will not be accepted due to delayed courier delivery timelines once an order has been dispatched
- Failure to inform us of a required delivery date prior to placing an order does not qualify for cancellation, refund, or return
- Processing timelines are mentioned across product pages, checkout, and policy sections, and placing an order confirms acceptance of these timelines
- Slight variations in colour, texture, finish, shape, or surface markings are natural to handmade and upcycled products and are not considered defects
- Returns will not be accepted on the basis of minor imperfections or screen-to-product colour differences
- Customized or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the extremely rare event of transit damage
In cases where a return request is exceptionally approved due to colour or texture concerns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Exchanges
If you receive a piece and feel it is not the right fit for you, we are happy to offer an exchange in the form of a credit note.
Exchange requests must:
- Be raised within 5 days of delivery
- Be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Pass a quality inspection upon return
Once approved, a credit note equivalent to the product value will be issued.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping for exchanges must be arranged by the customer unless otherwise specified
Credit Note Validity
All credit notes issued by Noupelle are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used across any purchase on our website.
Product Care & Liability
Many of our pieces are delicate in nature and should be handled with care.
We are unable to replace or refund products that:
- Are damaged after successful delivery
- Break due to rough handling, bending, pulling, scratching, or improper storage
- Show wear and tear from regular usage
- Include lost earring pieces during use
If you lose a single earring, please contact us — wherever possible, we may be able to help you purchase an individual replacement piece separately.
