Shipping policy
At Noupelle, every piece is handcrafted in small batches with close attention to detail. Since many of our products are handmade and individually finished, we request a little patience while we prepare your order with care.
Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Since all our pieces are handmade in limited quantities, we prefer not to rush the making process in order to maintain the quality and finish of each item.
For customized or made-to-order pieces, additional production time may be required. Clients will be informed of the estimated timeline prior to confirmation.
While we always strive to dispatch orders within the stated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to production or logistical reasons. In such cases, our team will personally reach out to keep you informed about the delay, the reason behind it, and the revised estimated delivery timeline.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you so you can monitor your package in real time.
Domestic Shipping
- Domestic shipping within India is free
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered at an additional cost of INR 100
- We also offer Priority Shipping via Blue Dart at an additional charge of INR 250
- Priority deliveries are not operational on Sundays or public holidays
International Shipping
We offer free international shipping on orders above USD 100.
Shipping timelines for international orders may vary depending on destination country, customs processing and courier operations.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in the destination country must be borne by the customer.
Urgent Deliveries
If you require your order before a specific date or occasion, please inform us before or at the time of placing your order.
While we will always try our best to accommodate urgent timelines, delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed by us in writing.
Refunds, cancellations, or returns will not be entertained due to delays caused by courier partners or failure to communicate delivery deadlines prior to purchase.
Courier & Delivery Responsibility
Shipping and logistics are handled through third-party courier partners and are not directly managed by Noupelle.
While we carefully pack and dispatch every order, we are not liable for:
- Courier delays after dispatch
- Delayed scans or tracking updates by courier partners
- Delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- Losses, delays, or operational disruptions caused by courier services once the package has been handed over
Any grievances regarding courier personnel or delivery conduct must be addressed directly with the courier provider.
Exchange Shipping
In cases of approved exchanges, the customer will be responsible for bearing the return shipping cost unless otherwise specified.
