SHIPPING POLICY

As every piece is unique and handmade, it may take us up to 2-3 days to process and dispatch your order.

• Domestic shipping is free and we offer cash on delivery.
• We offer priority shipping via Blue Dart at an additional charge of INR 200. (Priority deliveries will not be made on a Sunday)

• Shipping is handled by a third party vendor and is not directly managed by us. Any greviences with the delivery executives will not be addressed by us. 

• International shipping is free above USD 100.

Incase you need a piece before a certain date/ ocassion, please let us know the date by which you want the product delivered at the time of placing the order to ensure delivery on/before the required date.
Refund requests based on the same will not be entertained. 
In case of customization and made to order pieces, a prior notice will be required.

Since all of our items are 100% made by hand in small batches, We prefer not to rush the process. As soon as an item is shipped, we will inform you along with the tracing number so that you can track your package in real time.

We are not liable for the amount of time the post office/courier partner takes to scan in an item once we drop it off, or if a package is lost by them, we will not give refunds on this basis.
